This policy explains what information Repose Private Pilates ("Repose," "we") collects through repose-pilates.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The contact form is the only place we collect personal information.

When you send us a message, we receive the details you enter:

your name, role, and property
your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
your message

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or any other tool that follows you across the web.

We use your information to respond and to discuss a partnership with you.

We use what you send to reply to your inquiry, to follow up about a possible partnership with your property, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising.

A small number of service providers help us run the site.

These providers process information only to deliver their service to us:

Formspree delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.
Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on the site, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
Microsoft 365 hosts our email.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We keep your information only as long as we need it.

We keep your messages for as long as our conversation continues and for a reasonable period afterward as a business record. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You can see, correct, or delete what we hold about you.

Email us at info@repose-pilates.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live, including California, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards.

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to your messages to the people at Repose who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take care to protect what you send us.

This site is intended for business visitors, not children.

The site is for hospitality professionals, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
